Sprinting Retail develops a range of consumer-centric standard retail solutions that are delivered to leading retailers and to large restaurant chains and catering companies. The solutions are for advanced food e-commerce, kiosks and mobile scan and go self-service, digital consumer loyalty, and much more.

We see a huge potential for Sprinting Retail in Greater Europe. To unlock this potential, we seek two ambitious and skilled BDRs to help accelerate the growth of Sprinting Retail.
We have now successfully established a retail specific sales unit mainly in Denmark consisting of marketing manager, sales assistant, sales manager, head of Retail and commercial director. We have a solid library of marketing and sales material, good demos, CRM system in place, as well as many skilled colleagues that can perform technical sales support.
We are therefore ready for scaling our retail unit together with two new BDR colleagues.
Your role as BDR
Your role as BDR
Your role will be to create new business opportunities performing sales work throughout the stages of awareness, interest and consideration. Your goal is to generate an ongoing inflow of qualified new leads that sales managers can bring to the final stages of the sales process.
The role is a fundamental part of the success of Sprinting Retail. Only with a significant volume in good sales qualified leads, Spriting Retail will be able to fulfill its ambitions and potential.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare the right data foundation for new campaigns across Europe in cooperation with the sales assistant
- Handling incoming marketing qualified leads and proactively create own leads by writing i.e. InMails, emails, and do cold calling
- Mature leads through ongoing dialogue with leads and through online sales pitching and qualification meetings
- Secure a successful handover of sales qualified leads to sales managers for deeper sales engagement
You will work closely together with the rest of the sales team and various solution experts, who will support you as you mature leads. You will also be working closely together with the marketing team assisting in campaigns and in taking over marketing qualified leads.
With time as you gain experience and grow, there is a clear advancement path towards a sales manager position.

Experience we look for:
- 1+ year of existing B2B sales experience. It could be from cold calling or SDR work
- Prior experience with marketing and selling of software solutions
- Basic IT and software technical knowledge
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Good Microsoft or Google office suite experience
- Minimum a relevant bachelor degree from ie. a business or a technical education
