2 Junior Implementation Consultants (part or full-time)
We are looking for 2 junior implementation consultants to be located in Serbia to join our implementation team.
You can either be working full-time or part-time depending on whether you have finalised your studies or not.
In this role you will grow your skills as a technical consultant through your work in these main
areas:
- System implamentation
- Product activities
- Pre-sales activities
- How-to assistance
- Help-desk assistance
System implementation
This activity relates to product and solution implementation for our customers. When a new customer is won, you will participate in setting up the software, do standard API integration to the extent possible, skinning the software to the customer’s brand, set up products, testing the solution, configure the business logic, and more.
Product activities
You will be working together with our Head of Retail and our project leads in describing the solutions capabilities in both product marketing quality level as well in documentation and self-service text and video snippets.
Pre-sales activities
You will participate in pre-sales activities (technical sales assistance) in new-sales processes. This is to support sales and increase the likelihood of winning new customers. You will therefore help our Head of Retail and sales personnel in setting up both end to end standard demos and tailor-made demos for larger prospects.
How-to assistance
You will over time be more and more involved in ongoing customer assistance for configuration of the software, assisting in upgrades, testing the solution, and maintenance of the customers’ set up. You will also be assisting the customers’ advanced users in how to use and configure the software.
Help-desk assistance
A prerequisite for the position is that you will participate in the outside office hours error handling help-desk activities. You will take turns being on guard with others and get extra payment for this work. You are not behind the desk while being on guard, but must be able to come to your computer quickly. This job is about classifying requests and doing the first error investigation
and possible fix. Ultimately, you would call in experts for expert assistance.

We are looking for junior implementation consultants that
- Have a technical background from work, self-studies, education or the alike
- Have degrees from a technical university, or being on final years of the studies
- Located in Serbia, ideally, Belgrade, Bečej, or Novi Sad
- Good English skills (both spoken and written)
