The company has people in Denmark, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Ukraine, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey and Pakistan. Software Project Lead
Sprinting Retail is developing and delivering software based on an agile and lean development model. The methodology is a mix of Scrum and Kanban and Sprinting’s own approach to lean and efficient best practices.
At Sprinting Retail the project lead merges the roles of the project manager, the team lead, and
the scrum master. He/she is leading the development team and is the bridge between the customers’ product owner and the developers.
The lean Sprinting Retail model secures fast time to market for the product, high quality in the deliverables, and high customer satisfaction. The development methodology is key to the success of Sprinting Retail and our customers.
Our development teams typically have between 5 and 10 people. They are cross-national as people in the same team come from several European countries. The model requires a skilled and passionate project lead to lead the team.
This position is for one of our Retail teams doing continuous development for one of our large restaurant chain customers.

Here are some qualifications we further look for:
- Have prior experience as either scrum master, project manager, product manager, lead developer, or the alike
- Good English skills (both spoken and written)
- Education at bachelor or master level, preferably at a technical university. If not the latter, then you should at least have worked with software technologies
